Booking terms & conditions

All bookings can be paid for in cash or via bank transfer & receipts will be provided.

​

Trials should be paid in full either in advance via BACS transfer or in cash on the day

​

Following your trial, if you wish to book your wedding/occasion hair and/or makeup, a deposit of £50 or 20% of the final total is required; which ever is greater, to reserve the date.

This is non refundable after a 14 day cooling off period. 

If an assistant is required to help me with the booking, their cost will also be charged at the same rate

The balance of payment for the wedding/occasion is required either by bank transfer in advance via BACS or in cash on the day.

​

In the unlikely event of illness or injury on our part, we will endeavour to find a replacement Hair and Makeup Artist, otherwise a full refund will be given.

​

Travel costs

​

All prices for the trial or wedding day are included, if the venue is within a radius of 10 miles of my business address in Trowbridge.

All bookings outside this area, will incur an additional charge of 0.65p per mile, which will be added to the invoice.

If parking/congestion charges apply to your area or chosen venue, these charges will be added to your invoice as an additional cost.

Extra things you need to know

​

Please state at the time of booking, if anyone has any know allergies to any cosmetic products or 

if any of your party has any underlying health issues or is pregnant or high risk. 

 

Bridget Gardiner or any of her assistants will not be liable for any reactions to any of the products used. All of our products are used by the professional make up trade and are regularly replaced to stay fresh. All brushes are cleaned and sterilised before and after make up application.

You agree that we may use any photography or videography for publicity & marketing purposes.

​

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms & conditions as necessary.
