When is best to wash my hair, the night before or the morning of the wedding?

We like to work with clean fresh hair for styling, so we are happy with either if you do need to wash your hair on the morning of the wedding, just make sure it is not still wet when we arrive, unless we have previously agreed this at the trial

Should I have my hair done before my makeup?

Honestly either is good, sometimes it is best if having a vintage hair style which will involve using hot rollers it is best to start with these. Then when the hair is cooling the makeup can be applied. But if you have sourced your makeup artist, hair stylist and photographer from different supplier it always good to give them each others details so they can work as a team, getting you the best results possible

Do I need to book a trial?

The honest answer is 'No'. But booking a trial can be very helpful, as it will give an opportunity to try out a variety of looks for you to chose from and help you work out any timing issues

When should I book a trial?

We don't recommend that you book your trial any more than three months before your planned wedding date. This is because lots of things can change, hair colour, hair length and skin tone, just to give few examples

Will you be able to apply my veil or any other hair accessories I provide?

Yes, as long as it has been agreed before hand. This includes the veil or Maang tikka, matha patti, bor, and borla.

If I am having a different look for the evening is it possible to book you for the evening as well?

Yes of course, we do offer an evening service, which is available on request.

Also if you would prefer to book us for the whole day, so that we are available for checks throughout the day, then this too can be arranged.

What happens if you are ill or can't make it on my wedding day?

We will make every effort to make sure we are there for you on your special day.

But if this ever were to happen, as a professional working in hair and makeup, we have others working in the industry who we can call on to support.

Will you come to my venue on the morning of the wedding?
